She holds 20 years of experience and is currently holding directorship in Sharp India Limited. Qualifications: Mrs. Lakhe is a qualified Company Secretary. She is practicing as a Company Secretary based at Pune. She has also qualified proficiency test for independent directors, conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Companies Act, 2013

He has rich experience of more than three decades in the field of Infotainment System and Automotive Sector. He is a member of the advisory board of VOITH Industrial Services, Board of Directors in Sansera Engineering Ltd, Suprajit Engineering Ltd and ASM Technologies Ltd. He was the Managing Director of Harman International a subsidiary of Harman International USA and also at Bosch Limited. He was also appointed by the Government as the Chairman of the Research Advisory Board of Central Manufacturing Technology Institute, Bengaluru. He worked at CII, as Chairman-Southern Region, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd., as Chairman. Qualification : He holds degree from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and is a postgraduate in management studies (MMS) from Chennai, He has attended the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants.
